James has 20 years of award winning construction management experience, initially with a bespoke high quality house builder, then moving into volume house building and most recently project & contract managing a variety of multi-million pound commercial projects as Operations Manager.
JSCS aim to provide a client focused service for projects of all size with a personal commitment and dedication to safely deliver each project on time, on budget and to the highest quality. If you have a construction project I have the construction solutions to make it a success.

Consultation
I can provide support & solutions to any stage of a project, whether that be early in the process with budgeting assistance, value engineering, buildability assessments and construction logistics plans, or throughout the construction phase with operational reviews, programming assistance (using Power Project software), design management support, quality inspections and snagging, I have the experience and knowledge to help throughout the entire construction process.
